Used the app to check in. Showed up 15 minutes before by estimated time. I wear a hat most of the time but my hair was getting out of control. The lady that cut my hair was amazing. I’m pretty self conscious about how some of my hair grows and it’s hard to style but she did an awesome job with the mess and turned it into something I don’t have to hide under a hat. I’ve had many hair cuts at sport clips but I think I found a stylist that I’ll request next time I go back.

I’ve been going to the Commercial St location for years. Why bother with the online check in if they can’t get you in on time. I got there on time and a half hour later was still waiting. I had another appointment to get to so couldn’t wait any longer.

Online check in system is a joke. They do not understand that time is money for us (their customers). Have checked in online several times now and every time I get to the location a few minutes before the time the system tells me to arrive and they have bumped me with a walk-in and I have to wait 30-45 minutes. So irritating.
