I’ve been going to the Commercial St location for years. Why bother with the online check in if they can’t get you in on time. I got there on time and a half hour later was still waiting. I had another appointment to get to so couldn’t wait any longer.

Online check in system is a joke. They do not understand that time is money for us (their customers). Have checked in online several times now and every time I get to the location a few minutes before the time the system tells me to arrive and they have bumped me with a walk-in and I have to wait 30-45 minutes. So irritating.

For the most part, I have enjoyed good service. Today, I checked in online, next available, would be about 40 minutes later. Sounded perfect as my lunch hour could start right before, I could drive over, and get hair cut, then back to work. I got there, and it said like 15 minutes, Perfect! Watched it get to "On Deck". Waited about 10 minutes. Then it changed to 20 minutes, with 2 people now showing 17 min... I went to counter and asked why I went from on deck to 20 more minutes. Person who helped said it doesn't recognize lunch breaks, and they have to take breaks because "it's the law". She said, well, it won't be 20 minutes. I said "Good, since it was on deck". She bluntly, (curtly) said, "Okay, so it is an estimated time". No apology, no patient explanation or acknowledgement, just acted frustrated and impatient. I have lunch hour limitations as well. I then left for work as I couldn't now have time if it was 15-20 more minute wait. I usually tip them 6.00 to hopefully show appreciation, poor service today. Need to remind your staff about service skills and customer focus.
